For the NFL hates us crowd, they sure did us a solid by giving us the Jags and Lions to start. Good chance to start off the new Commanders era 2-0.

And I think they know they need to have a strong start of the season. Otherwise it'll make Jason Wright's job very difficult (not that it should be Ron's priority, but you get the point).

Detroit will be a tough game. They are much improved, lost several games right at the end last year. Still think it should be a W with the teams improvements though.
