Elite/Very good QB(Warner, Trent Green, etc) - Ehhh, no. Elite RB - Ehhhh, no Trio of Elite WRs - Ehhh, no Elite LT - yes Elite everything else on the OL - Ehhhh, no. And the pure WCO is dead. Everything is mixed now, no matter what the names are. Shanahan is incredibly aggressive and likes the deep ball just as any Coryell guy would like.

Since Gibbs was Coryell's disciple, I must stay with the air it out combined with the power running game. San Diego with Fouts and Co was fun, as with theSkins during the same era. West Coast is sort of boring.

Re: REDSKINS Football Air Corryell or West Coast, 3-4 or 4-3
Down the field passing with a power running game is exciting football, i just wish we had the players that were capable of running it. I love Moss, he is one of my all time favorite skins but he is slowing down. Armstrong should be a #3 or #4 receiver. We need a new #1 receiver and a big tall #2 or 3 receiver. On offense I think torrain, williams, and davis could get the job done but the O-Line needs so much work 1st. Outside of T. Williams we do not have any starting caliber players. The switch to a 3-4 will work but it takes time. The packers switched to it and they are doing well now. We have been waiting since '91 with no solid plan, we need to stick with Shanahan for 5 years and see where he can take us. We need more explosive offensive players and its going to take some time to get those players.

I just want the offense to score points and the defense to punch people in the mouth Ravens/Pittsburgh style.
