If a QB magically falls to 13 I'm holding Buffalo's feet to the fire for both their 1st round picks. Or a 1st and 2nd. But trading down would be a good idea to get extra pick(s).

we need more picks, I love the idea of trading down unless u have a legit difference maker at 13

Round 2 Pick 12:**Johnson, Kerryon, RB, Auburn (A)
Round 2 Pick 18 (DAL):**Harrison, Ronnie, SS, Alabama (A)
Round 4 Pick 13:**St Brown, Equanimeous, WR, Notre Dame (A+)
Round 5 Pick 12:**Schultz, Dalton, TE, Stanford (A)
Round 6 Pick 14:**Jackson, JC, CB, Maryland (A+)
Round 7 Pick 13:**Demby, Jamil, OG, Maine (A+)

Re: 2018 Mock Drafts

Absent trading down, which I'd be agreeable with, I want Vea or Payne at # 13 (with players we have a chance at).

Re: 2018 Mock Drafts

Would you trade a 2019 1st into the top 5 for Barkley?

No way.

I like Barkley a lot, and wouldn't pass him up if he falls to the Redskins, but an elite RB is not something I'd ever trade for. Significant contributors at RB can be found in the mid rounds every year. RBs also don't have longevity, it's just not a good long term return on investment.

I just don't see the fit for Payne. He is the same size as Jonathan Allen which is a bit undersized for an NFL DT. Heck, he even has a similar skill set to that of Allen. So, the way I see it, we already have what Payne brings to the party in Jonathan Allen.

What we really need is a big, fat run stuffer. I think we should take a run at Bennie Logan or the big dude from Atlanta in FA. If we don't sign one of those two, then Vea would be very high on my wish list.

Imo he is a guy that could put us over the top with Smith tho, I would certainly entertain it at the very least. RB's are easy to fill but ELITE RB's are very far and few between.

I tend to agree, but if read somewhere that Payne has room on his frame to add weight and that he's good at getting a good inside push to disrupt run lanes, so he might be able to fill that role. I also really really like Tim Settle as a 2nd round option.

We aren't one player away from going over the top. Elite RBs are rare, that's true, but they get injured as often as non elite. Also, name me an elite RB that has won a Superbowl in the past 10 years.

Re: 2018 Mock Drafts

Ok, this is a hard question for me to answer, I wanted to see what you all think. If the following players are all somehow available at 13 who would you take:

A. Barkley
B. Nelson
C. Ridley
D. Vea
E. R. Smith
F. None of the above
