Happens to the best of them.
Yeah, I think it is Champ Bailey that he fakes out in the highlight reel Fox plays everytime they do a promo for an Eagles game.

Look carefully at the tape; the Redskin's number is 36...
If you look at that play a little closer it is obvious that Sean Taylor was covering someone which allowed McNabb to take off and when he started coming down field ST planted and tried to cut back to get McNabb but he slipped on the field. You could see how the field was terrible, I live in PA and I know it was raining the day before and made the field conditions bad. I am not saying Sean Taylor doesn't make any stupid mistakes but he didn't on that play. He stuck with his man until McNabb crossed the line and then tried to cut back and slipped.

Taylor is a beast. He'll make a couple of stupid plays but he is an intimidator. I want him on our side. He reminds me of Lavar in his overall approach to the game. He lays his body out on every play.

McNabb was averaging like 8 yds a carry against us for his career at one point, so him shaking ST yesterday was no big deal. I hoped ST was going to lay the smack down, but I can see he's still learning the ropes right now. Sean Taylor is going to be alright, right now the defense is under too much pressure. The penalty was a bit much, but it comes with playing on the edge. I like that he has a mean streak, I want a safety that's going to make his presence felt, like Roy Williams. Sean Taylor will be just as good as RW, if not better since he's such a great cover guy.

Overall I really like Taylor. He still makes a lot of mistakes (as expected), but he's all over the field.

I also think he's a little nuts, but that could be a good thing. As long as he doesn't turn into Ron Artest.

taylor got an int while play man coverage on chad johnson, and another covering TO... i guess QBs don't expect safeties to be any good at coverage, but he's done some good things...
