Re: Around the NFL Week 5

That dime Wilson dropped in the corner of the end zone while throwing across his body to Lockett was absolutely insane

Yes it was and on the run too. Don't sell Lockette short, that was a beast of a catch.

Re: Around the NFL Week 5

I hate watching Wilson play, runs around for 10 seconds each play then throws it. Then they gift him BS roughing the passer calls.

That being said, I would trade all 3 or our QBs (I mean all in one package) for him in a heartbeat.

Amazing how many people wanted to argue that RG3 was better than Wilson and Wilson was no good blah blah blah.
Yes for 1 year they were pretty even,But it was evident that Wilson was good, and as it turns out so much better than RG it’s not even funny

DJ released.

I wonder if there will be all the hype in the Arizona media about how he was a team leader.

I was on a 49er fan forum a half dozen or so years ago and all the fans there thought Kaepernick was better than Wilson. He doesn't seem to get the recognition he deserves. That team has had issues with the O-line, receivers and running game during his time there and he wins close to 70% of his starts.
Most people don't mention him when discussing elite quarterbacks, I don't understand why.

Re: Around the NFL Week 5

Andy Dalton has 95 yards passing thru 3 quarters at home against the Cardinals. What a bum ass.

I guess Thielen won’t be complaining about not getting the ball this week

Re: Around the NFL Week 5

The Packers gonna have to find ways to score points today. No Davante Adams and no running game will put a lot of pressure on Rodgers and the other receivers.

Hopefully, we see the Green Bay defense from the first three weeks of the season, instead of last week versus Eagles.

Good job, so far, as the Packers just scored.

It’s amazing luck...cowboys face the Saints without hof QB one week and now face a Green Bay team at home without their biggest weapon on offense, top 4 WR in the league.

This would be a bad loss

Injuries, per usual, are starting to pile up on Green Bay.

Re: Around the NFL Week 5

Lamar Jackson is not a QB , if they were playing anyone else today that would have been a loss. GB looks like a Sb contender and maybe Dallas was 3-0 because they played trash teams?

Jackson is average at best. He's only looked good in their first game versus the horrible Dolphins. Otherwise, he's been rather average-to-pedestrian. The Steelers playing with their second-stringer (Mason Rudolph) who was knocked out in the 3rd quarter, and 3rd-string rookie, Devlin Hodges almost won it for the Steelers.

The Cowboys game still has a ton of time remaining, but I never really bought the hype of Dallas. They beat up on three of the worst teams in the league. Big deal!

Again, still a bunch of time left in their game today, but they've been exposed the past two games.
