Re: Around the NFL week 3

Wow, I had no idea he was still with us.

Short career but if he had played longer, he's likely be the greatest and most famous RB of all time. He was unstoppable.

He only played 68 games, but had 6,200 yards and 48 TDs on offense and 8 more TDs on returns, and threw for 1 more.

This is pretty messed up. As Andrew Brandt would say, there will be lawyers:

It will be handled in house I suspect. Soundbites suggest it was accidental, always possible with that procedure and Taylor isn't making noises.

Agree...notice the Thursday night scheduling...all the NFL TV games are trash, as soon as Fox starts their run of games, they become relevant.

Well ... now we know how the rest of America feels when they see WAS on a nationally televised game schedule.

I've followed Taylor from his days at VT. Never really thought he would make it in the NFL but he seems like a really nice guy. Hope he gets back out on the field soon.

I should have thought of that before I decided to start Minshew in both of my FFLs

Ha, that didn't cross my mind. But no he doesn't. Good gambling strategy. If Gruden is involved in any way with a primetime game, pick the other team no matter what, even if the spread is 29. He can and will pull it off.

Actually I picked James Robinson on one team and dropped Preston Williams on the other. Working out so far...
