Re: Current 2014 Free Agents
The Steelers ($12 mil over) and Chiefs ($4 mil under) both have cap issues and while the Ravens are sitting at $12 mil over, they also have to sign their other starting tackle Eugene Monroe so Oher probably will be available.

Either way getting a couple of those players would be great value. It is hard to tell what will happen at this point. |

Re: Current 2014 Free Agents
I would also add Toby Gerdhart to spell Morris and trade Helu or make him the 3rd down back.

Re: Current 2014 Free Agents
Oher has been pretty bad for them as of late.

Re: Current 2014 Free Agents
Ah, ok. I didn't watch much of the Ravens this season. Historically he's always been a good pass protector and that's a big need at that position.

Re: Current 2014 Free Agents
I think Oher will hit the market, and I think he's pretty good, but I don't feel like shelling out a 5-year contract at the RT position. I suppose that's the solution I wanted a year ago when Andre Smith was available, but now, not so much.

Oher has been replaced by Monroe on the left side and the salary cap for the Ravens is tight. Oher will be a perfect fit opposite Silverback. Move Lichtensteiger to center, then bring in a guard like Geoff Schwartz and start LeRibeus or Gettis whomever plays better at the other guard. Both of these guys need to develop and gain weight. Pending free agent Michael Oher says he's enjoyed being a Raven, uncertain if he'll remain one - baltimoresun.com As a bottom dweller team we are going to have to shell out some 5 year deals for premium talent.

I may be wrong, but didn't Methuselah take one to the house against our ST last season? There were so many big returns against us that I've lost track of them.
