Clemson fan ? not bad, however barring a super player sliding to #17 I would trade down. I think you need to add a RB and OLB/pass rusher....as well as a safety, guard, center, and ILB

The Redskins need a lot of help now. The rebuilding slowly strategy will never work, they will be constantly losing players to free agency.

No thanks on Watson, dude can't pass at all. He had big WRs to just lob it up to.

Re: Post your 5 pick mock.

The QB crop this year is very pedestrian.
Anybody who wants us to pick a QB in the first round is resigned to believing that our organization (not our roster) is foxxored, and is a glass half empty person. And they/you are desperate.
Cousins is a Redskin throughout 2017 and we have a ton of time to make him a Redskin five years into the future.
We're not drafting any QBs this year.

Re: Post your 5 pick mock.

Drafting qb in the first couple rounds would be a really bad move...and I don't see us doing it.

Too much talent at defense and running back in the first several rounds to be thinking qb. This draft really lines up nice for our needs: , pass rusher, nose tackle, cb, ilb, dline, rb....some nice interior Oline prospects in rounds 3-5...we play this right we could come away with a lot talent in positions of need.

When u look at tackle, qb, wide receiver, TE...this draft isn't as deep there.

Lol, it just worked out that way. I tried to stick to BPA available. I wanted to trade down from 17 but didn't get any takers.

I try to keep it BPA and let the draft come to me and not let my wants/need dictate the picks (except for Stevie, even though he's a late round pick I think he can win the starting NT spot because he's big enough and more importantly he's probably the only guy on the roster that actually wants to play NT)
I agree with your list of target sexcept for RB and ILB. (I think Stephen Daniels can play). Was shocked that Westbrook lasted that long and consider him the best value pick of that draft.

Everyone is a great passer in college lol so was manziel.. He is compared to a DaK, that means down field he isn't very accurate.. We have a prolific accurate attack right now, I'd rather have trubisky or mahomes

If Watson is available at #17 you should be able to get a late 1st and a 2nd and maybe a 4th or 5th.

Lol, Oh yeah!? Well I would rather have Watson!

He is compared to Dak by whom and so what? Does that unknown person's comparison determine his skillset? Not for me it doesn't. I watch my own film do my own research.

That accuracy knock is bull as is the deep ball accuracy.

Watson is 3rd in adjusted completion rate. 3rd.

Being able to stretch the field does wonders for an offense, and Watson is one of the best in the nation at throwing deep. Among QBs with at least 50 deep attempts (passes traveling 20-plus yards in air), Watson ranks sixth in adjusted completion rate, at 49.4 percent, and his numbers improved as the season went on.
You know what Watson was praised for at the combine (and people were surprised by even though the shouldn't have been?) his accuracy.

I think Watson could come into this offense and play well as rookie.
