SMH in disbelief. It was a fever dream that Allen would be there. Local guy, top of the draft talent. Shoulders must have scared people but at 17 you take that type of talent.

So what's the deal with his injury though. I only ask because I didn't really follow the lead up to the draft, and now people are talking about the injury as the reason for the drop.

Some teams were worried about it but other teams were not. I don't think it was a big deal or the main reason for him going at 17.
