The 2022 Washington Commanders draft thread
For day 2/day 3 discussion.
Any ideas on who to look for tomorrow? We are picking 47th and 98th tomorrow. Mayhew said they had 3 offers to move back from 16. Guess they really liked Dotson. Mayhew not ruling out trading back in day 2 - guess it all depends who's on their board. Longest wait for a qb to go off the board in almost 25 years supposedly. Speaks to the quality of the draft class. Lewis Cine off the board at #32 to the Vikings. Ron said they wanted to make sure Wentz had weapons - sounds like it might be a theme for the draft. Ron: Trading down was a priority because there's a lot of value in the middle of the draft.

Re: The 2022 Washington Commanders draft thread
So far so good. I like the Dotson pick. He will be a great complement to Terry. With C Sims back in the mix (with a QB that can get the ball to the receivers), and C Samuel healthy, this receiving corps could be great.
I think Jalen Pitre is the pick at 47 if he's still available. Either way, I think we come away with two of these guys tomorrow: Jalen Pitre, S Brian Asamoah, LB Kenneth Walker III, RB Luke Goedeke, OL Abraham Lucas, OL Andrew Boothe, CB Christian Harris, LB Troy Anderson, LB Perrion Winfrey, DL Chad Muma, LB |

Safety Brisker…another Penn Stater would be my choice in the second. He could fill the Buffalo nickel

I’d like them to go with Brisker or Dean.

Or Settle or Ionnadis too. Would of liked Dean or Brisker instead.
