We don't have a second round pick unless we trade away a player for it or trade up or down. Also, I wouldn't feel too confident with any player Redskins draft in 2nd round due to our bad history with 2nd round players. For whatever reason, Redskins always fuck up with the players chosen in 2nd round.

I'm assuming we deal Trent for a 2 (I think it'll happen eventually)

I hope we will get more than that for Williams, but then it's Allen and Snyder we are talking about so I won't be surprised if this happens.

The Pats gave up a 2nd rounder for a average ass 30 year old Sanu. Are you working the phones Bruce?? Or are you too busy running errands for Dan?

Why are you asking questions you already know the answer to? Bruce isn't working anything. He's not calling anyone, he's not accepting any calls right now. We just hit a pothole so far, everything is going according to plan and we'll be in playoff contention by the end of the year.

Sad part is the skins have had it easy and still suck
I disagree, it is all relative, if you stink every opponent is tough. The Redskins stink, so they have a tough schedule.

Re: Around the NFL Week 7

Wish they would trade Williams now for picks - hopefully a 1'st rounder and I don't care if is New England we trade with because we could always package that to move up (assuming we are not in the top 5) or trade back in the 2'nd with that pick and pick up another pick as well

Re: Around the NFL Week 7

And Yeah I'd unload Norman now for whatever we could get along with any other aging vet and then resign Scherff. I'd also trade Reed after the season if he doesn't retire.... and cut V Davis

Reed's contract runs through 2021 at $9 mil a year, no one is going to trade anything for him.

Re: Around the NFL Week 7

Teams I am following closely now are:

Cincinnati 0-7
Miami 0-6
New York Jets 1-5
Atlanta 1-6

The Redskins have upended how I follow the NFL. I am following the bottom feeders hoping for no worse than pick #2 in next years draft. Beating Miami was costly.
