The bigger problem isn’t that HHCD isn’t playing well. It’s who is making the decisions to trade draft picks for players who don’t fit the scheme well? Who’s the driving force behind making personnel decisions? There’s been a number of blunders this year. Is it Allen, Gruden, Doug?
