In any case, I was a finalist to grab a new show on the Food Network but the executive producer was an ass, we got into a fight, I defended myself, and now I'm up on charges of assault. Total BS legal system. The guy didn't like my szechuan style ribbs, made a smart ass comment, I threw him into some cabinets, he came at me, I kicked his ass and punched him a few times after he hit the floor, and I'm the one they call "crazy" and a "criminal?" F' lawyers.

Thanks. But what is your problem? What "antics" are you referring to? I hope you're joking. I'm dealing with a lot right now. I'm facing up to 54 months in prison right now because I broke the guy's nose and jaw with the base of a blender and the prosecutors are calling it assault with a deadly weapon. If a man insults you, you should have the right to handle it like a man and pummel the hell out of him (even if he lands in the hospital for 10 days).

If a man insults you I wouldn't recommend just pummeling the heck out of that person ......the other real man walks away and laughs their butt off!

Now if a person where to cross the line and turn things into a physical altercation, then you protect yourself and knuckle it up IF need be. Pretty plain and simple on that one for me. But thats why we have a legal system & jails that are slammed, Oh well do the crime do the time.

Anyway, back to the thread! Hey cheez man any luck catching up with your old friend Danny boy. If you guys went out for lunch today, you'll have to keep us posted on how the reunion went AND all the moves the Redskins are going to make in the draft.....of course unless that is Top Secret?

Sounds like YOU attacked the producer after he made some remark about your food. You don't have the right to beat someone up just because that someone said something nasty about your food. It also sounds like our justice system is doing just fine, i.e., charging criminals with criminal offenses. It also might be advisable to refrain from beating up people who are thinking about giving you a job, and a great one at that.

If the producer had eaten your dish, made a smart ass comment and then finished it off with a swift kick to your nads, then I could see you defending yourself. Otherwise, you deserved to be charged.
