It's why I still believe the door is not shut on a trade, maybe it is and maybe AZ deals him to another team, I'm still buying the smoke though until it happens.

Re: Josh Rosen Trade Rumors: Redskins Have 'Openly' Discussed QB If Made Available
The #Redskins absolutely had to bring a veteran in to compete with Colt. Acquiring Keenum accomplishes that. I’m told they’re still interested in Rosen. They also may draft a QB. 3 way QB competition perhaps with 2 vets and a youngster? Still thought Johnson earned a chance.

I have no link, but heard on ESPN last night that Dianni Russuni was reporting that the Giants were very interested in Rosen but the Redskins were "out" in the bid for Rosen...anyone seen or heard anything else?

Haven't heard that, I mean it's possible if AZ is asking too much.

Would mean one less QB needy team looking at the draft for that position. |

John Clayton said the Giants are very high on Daniel Jones, and could move back into the first rd to get him later. Rosen of course is possible as well. It's pretty obvious they will draft a QB at some point. I still think they take Haskins

With the Cards Brass meeting in Norman with Kyler Murray today, It's all but sealed IMO that they will draft him. What kind of message are you sending your QB that was just drafted last yr if you do not take Murray.

Part of me still hopes we'll get Rosen. Based on pretty much nothing but the fact that it's possible and Dan is obviously in "at least we'll sell some jerseys and make some buzz" mode. Envoyé de mon SM-J320FN en utilisant Tapatalk

Like we have all mentioned , it doesn't matter who is the QB if this team doesn't improve the WR position. I'd also expect AZ to get less now, seeing as though everyone knows they don't want Rosen.

No wide receivers with Mr. Glass and Stone Hands at tight end. A suspect line with no depth. I could imagine all quarterbacks that aren't bottom of the barrel praying they are not traded to or drafted by the Redskins.

Also, its quite the opposite on Rosen. Per Sheehan, multiple teams are interested, so competition will move the price up. and even if there was only one team interested, the Cards would be foolish to trade him for less than a 2nd. He's more valuable to them as a backup than the 3rd round or later compensation that was previously speculated.

I would give a 2nd or a 1st for him or I would stay put and draft Jones or Lock |

Re: Josh Rosen Trade Rumors: Redskins Have 'Openly' Discussed QB If Made Available
Now I am confused, I thought the Cardinals were moving on from Rosen because he didn't fit the new coach's offense. If that is the case why keep him as a back up? You want a plug & play back up that can run the offense the starter did, not one you have to alter the offense for.

The Giants brass met with Hastings as well. Is that also a seal/done deal?
