I'd like to thank Urban by doing this. This will be a much bigger national story than our Vermillion guy doing whatever he did.

"I thought it was kind of bulls---. I expected it from them,'' Fangio said. "Thirty-seven years of pro ball I've never seen anything like that ... but it was to be expected, and we expected it.''

Asked why the Broncos "expected it,'' Fangio added: "Because I just know how they operate, that's just their mode of operations there; player safety is secondary."

Fangio was a Ravens assistant coach from 2006 to 2009, a period that included John Harbaugh's first two seasons as head coach in 2008 and 2009.

Dang Fangio didnt hold back.

it was kinda petty BS.

At least he didnt mention JK Dobbins by name

You'd think a team that had their RB1 lost for the season on a meaningless preseason game and their star QB get hurt on a celebratory TD run would be more careful. At least get your 3rd string RB do the run, instead of your star QB.

I honestly don't care too much that they did this, it's just that they are pretty stupid to keep putting key players at risk for these meaningless records.

The reddit rumor is that he's in an open marriage.

If that's the case you do you Urban. But don't be preaching family values/thumping the bible/etc if you don't be living by the word you preach.

It is totally creepy if she is like 30 something years younger. If it was a grown woman and his wife is rollin with grown men it is a nothing burger but it looks like grandpa is fooling around with his granddaughters friend. Or at least trying to.

Will it be bigger in NFL news outlets though? I feel Vermillion could blow up on us. Urban's situation is more of a personal issue if an issue at all.

I tend to frown on it more if they are just barely around legal drinking age - I subscribe to the theory that brains aren't fully developed until age 25 so anyone above that age is good to go for me - even if they want to bang senior citizens I don't care. Some young adults have a thing for 40/50+ year olds - why should I care if that's who they're attracted to? Or maybe she wanted some famous-football-coach dick, if that's the case more power to him/her.

It would be awkward if she had just turned 18 or just barely hit legal drinking age - but if you're 25+ I believe you are fully capable of making grown adult decisions like sleeping with old people if that's your thing.

Re: Around the NFL … week 4

A few years ago I was leaving a bar in Fed Hill walking to my car. This young woman, probably college age or a bit older stopped me and asked if I could help her. I was thinking car issues or something. Nope some frat boy was hitting on her friend as they were walking home and she wanted me to pretend to be her friends dad to get the dude to leave them alone. That night I went home and shaved my beard and it has never returned.
