Re: Pre MNF Vs Bengals Thread
That was awesome! It’s been a while since we’ve seen anything this great happen in any game let alone “Prime Time”
The defense played like I expected, but Daniels did not,he far exceeded my expectations for the night. It seemed to me after he hesitated and missed McLauren on that wide open deep ball, something changed in him, like it started clicking in his mind better or he just decided to let it rip. It’s not that he was playing bad before, but I thought he played better after that.

Re: Pre MNF Vs Bengals Thread
Watched the game this morning while doing something boring and repetitive for work. Made the morning fly by! Loved it, love Daniels, love Quinn, KK winning me around. But we have to address the D. Good RZ work, but otherwise too many big plays. If we can get to game 8nand be over. 500, we have to think about getting a CB and DE somehow.

if you go back that is what killed RG3, we put all the chips in and forced him to play with an injury just to lose a WC game; i know its not a trade but we mortgage his health for that one meaningless game lets not mortgage future capital the future is bright this year is all bout JD5 development and keeping him health; plus we have a bunch of picks next year the higher they are the better

Re: Pre MNF Vs Bengals Thread
I'm not thinking of risking Daniels and I doubt our staff are either. I'm simply thinking that if we get to say 5-3 or 6-2 (I know, a way off yet), then should we be thinking about snagging a young CB and/or DE if available and for a good price. I don't want to buy/sell now and lose later, but if we're doing well, and have a chance at the playoffs, shouldn't we at least explore the possibilities? Isn't that really what the 49ers did for the last few years and got to the SB (and without a QB until Purdy came along).

Feeling like this year the goal of the defense is not to give up over the top plays. Get inside the red zone then use the linebackers to help out the weaker secondary. Sent from my SM-S711U using Tapatalk |

if you have the time give this a listen https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f_VqKxIj6TI AR talks about JD5, he also touches on the importance of playing in the pocket but also being dynamic in at least 3-5 plays per game where its all off script ; he was saying how JD5 did a great job of this
