That was one of his biggest problems(besides being a horrible QB) here in DC. The guy couldn't accept any responsibility or blame for anything. You hear him on the Lavar show and he was continually deflecting, deflecting, deflecting. Instead of owning it, he would always say...."well it's not just me". He wasn't a leader and it showed on and off the field. This is about the only decent thing he did while here.
