Balance. Blah blah blah. GB is undefeated and they have the last ranked running game. It's about scoring more points.

Yeah, that's a good point. I wonder if he was as animated with his players at practice. I've often seen NFL Films at practices for other teams with a mic and a camera on the head coach at all times, capturing their reactions at player performances. I'm not sure Gibbs has ever allowed that.

But the perception is that Gibbs this time around is a friendly 'Grampa' figure that doesn't get upset with anyone and let's the players do their own thing. I hope that's not the case. Because like it's been said over and over, at times, it just seems that there isn't a lot of heart in the players. No matter how much Gibbs says they "faught their guts out." He says that all the time, but it really doesn't show on the field.

I would expect this from any head coach who's been successful in this league.
Exactly. I've never understood why people seem appalled at the notion that Gibbs either overules Saunders, or tells him to run a certain play from time to time. As head coach, he has that right whether modern day Gibbs-haters like it or not.

Well, they also have a legendary quarterback and have played the Eagles, the G-strings, Chargers and Vikings. Let's see what they do against some top quality competition.

I agree though, no matter how it gets done, you have to score points. And that's the Redskins biggest problem right now.

Sanders? Ricky Sanders?

Who says those last two play calls (I won't even get into a debate over the actual calls, again) were his?

They also have Brett Favre as QB. You're comparing apples to oranges.
