Re: Cutler vs Campbell

This is pretty dumb, but I'll bite and up the ante...

It's all well and good to compare Cutler to Campbell, but shouldn't we also throw Kyle Orton into the mix? After all, Denver didn't accept the Skins' trade offer since they felt Orton was better than Campbell.

Orton was terrible in his first preseason game for the broncos:
9/16 for 89 yards with 0TDs and 3INTs.
Good call Denver, way to give up the Porkchop Express (WTF?) to get the Neck Beard.

Yeah, good call Danny. It was totally worth alienating our QB to try and get The Porkchop Express :P
Preseason.

Its JC's 2nd year in his system while its only Cutler's 1st. JC should be ahead of Cutler.

Re: Cutler vs Campbell

Funny but I thought the excuse of being inexperienced in a system is tired and old?

From Cutler's press conference comments, Cutler seemed to have been test driving his new toy, Devin Hester. After all, it's preseason!

P.S, Cutler should become a scout.

If it applied to JC (for what 3 years) surely it should apply to Cutler. Thats why this comparison of JC & Cutler makes JC look even worse. JC's an experenced guy in his system now so he should be playing better than Cutler who's learning but he didnt and I suspect he wont.

Haha, Cutler 8 of 12 for 121 yards and a TD. What say you?

I wish we had traded no less than 4 pro bowlers for Jay Cutler.

Re: Cutler vs Campbell

If we were a good organization: Cooley, Moss, Landry, Hall and our first round pick to Denver for Jay Cutler.

Don't talk that way. Danny might hear and think it's a good idea.
