Normally I'm not one to fall for the offseason hype of a young guy, but damn if I don't really want to believe that Dotson is gonna come in and make an immediate impact this year.

I mean the kid can play, clearly. I'm excited to see how he pans out and what our coaches can do to maximize the obvious potential

Just cut Samuel and move on.

Absolute bust of a contract. He is never going to play in 2 consecutive meaningful games for us.

Wow, I had missed the details on Curtis Samuel... Issues with "overall football conditioning and shape" and sore hamstring and lower back ?!
Ma gawd, I hate saying NFL players are made of glass cuz their bodies went through way more than any of us ever will... But let's say some guys just don't have an NFL proof body...

All this hoopla over a guy who has never had a 1,000 season. I never understood why they gave him the contract they did.

Re: 2022 Commanders Training Camp discussion

I’ve heard the defense has come out and been dominating. Back 7 especially looking good.

Oline and Wentz struggling…it’s way too early to get upset.

So do we know who is playing DE in Young's spot as of now?

You'll be repeating this line a lot throughout the season. Starting w/ Jacksonville.

I imagine it will be a committee using a combination of Obada, Smith-Williams, and Toohill, or whoever impresses most in camp.

Wentz is in his first camp here, still learning the offense. The o-line has 2 new starting guards (along with whoever is filling in for Roullier) going against a loaded front 4 who have years of experience playing together.

Who do you think would have the edge there?
