In 2022, he's even worse. Much worse. Week 2 he was sitting at slightly over 3 seconds. This is why his career is tanking. He's simply holding the ball too long.



Yes, you'll need mobility if you continue to hold the ball that long. It's not needed if you can get the ball out faster.

If you got QBs that hold the ball too long, you'll need a stud OL to keep him upright most of the game.

The thing that has always killed me is the NFL allowed 2 teams to move there when historically they haven't even supported 1 team. I'd be surprised if both teams are still there in 10 years.

The Raiders are the only team that had a chance long-term imo.

Raiders should have went to LA, Rams or Chargers should have went to Vegas. Then the last team should have went to like San Antonio, OKC, etc.

Of course, the Raiders won out by landing in Vegas. So good for them.
