Quick, someone publicize a terrible rumor about Curry...he eats babies or something like that...then maybe he'll fall to us.

Re: Please Draft ??? at #13

1. If possible trade up to get Orakpo.

2. Take the best available OT. Oher, Smith or if they're both available take Smith, because his play ismuch more consistent compared to Oher's. If you watch Smith's film he is arguably the best OT in this year's class.

3. Trade down. Assuming Sanchez is there this would be the smart move, (but the Redskins would most likely pick him). Trade with the Jets, pick at 17 drating Oher, Maybin, Brown, and pick up there 2nd looking at a C/G.

Why is there no talk about Duke Robinson OG 6' 5" 329.
Is it because he played at the less glamorous OG position in college as opposed to the OT position? This guy can play Right OT in the NFL.
Why take the fourth best OT (Oher) who is 6'5" and 309 pounds and pass on the best OG who is bigger and played some OT in college. He started 10 games a true freshman and played well at LT.
Everywhere I look to read about Robinson they talk about this can't miss "Road Grader", big , great athlete.

WAY too high for him. He's looked at as a mid 2nd rounder, max. He's not a first rounder and being the #1 prospect in a weak class for OG doesn't make you worth a high draft pick.

I want the fat kid from Alabama. Is that Smith? I know he's got some issues but he could probably step in and start at RT and we've got some vets to take him under their wing. I'm not sure why everyone is so high on Orakpo. I didn't see a ton of Texas games but the ones I did he didn't impress me at all.

AND ANYONE BUT SANCHEZ. He's not even better than party boy Leinart and he couldn't beat out John David Booty who can't beat out Tavarus Jackson.

I love Duke Robinson, I think I was one of the first to mention him here. But I don't think he should be taken at 13

It's seems Oher and Smith may be gone by 13 and I like Ayers better than Orakpo. Sticking with the choices, Oher.

Duke is a monster. He's pretty similar to Andre Smith body-wise and yet there's no first round shine on him. I think someone will draft him late in the first but we haven't heard much about him.

Re: Please Draft ??? at #13

Everette Brown scares me in a bad way. He's in the same mold as Derrick Harvey and Quentin Groves (both busts for Jacksonville last year) and Jason Taylor for that matter. If we're going to draft a DE, we should go with Jackson (LSU) or Ayers (Tenn) if we can't get Orakpo. They won't get tons of sacks but they will stuff the run and that fits our defense perfectly.

Re: Please Draft ??? at #13

I've been hearing alot of Orakpo talk. Can someone tell me what position he's going to play at the NFL level? He's 6'3 and 260lbs. I don't think he can play de in a 4-3. Is he going to play SLB and take Washington's spot if we draft him? He seems like a better fit for a 3-4.

That's the same build as 6'4" 265 Carter.

I voted for Smith. Years of game field don't lie and he was the number one tackle prospect until pulling a boner for his combine.
