Re: Redskins Draft Thread

The draft coverage feels about the same. Just on screens instead of sitting around a table. I think it's setup nice.

I agree they have dragged out the first few picks. It has been several minutes from the time the pick is in until it is announced.

Re: Redskins Draft Thread

5 first round draft picks on the DL. Young, sweat, Payne, Allen, Kerrigan

Plus Matty ice

Plus settle

Yowzers! If you want to invest in a unit, DL is a good choice

Re: Redskins Draft Thread

I’m worried only one OT being taken is bad news for Cleveland trading for Trent.

Re: 2020 Redskins Draft Thread

Trading Trent to the browns seems unlikely. They’re going to have their pick of OTs

Yeah, looks like we're gonna end up selling Trent at a discount, the run on tackles happened too late.

Still happy we got Young though.

Re: Redskins Draft Thread

@JDonaldsonNBCS

I am told there are still trade partners for Trent Williams. Redskins were expecting the Browns to take a Tackle, it was a matter if CLE was able to get who they wanted. Tampa Bay was never a contender. So, I continue with another... stay tuned. #httr #redskins

Re: 2020 Redskins Draft Thread

Kyle Smith and Ron Rivera said they don't feel any pressure to add offensive playmakers -- a receiver or a tight end -- to give QB Dwayne Haskins weapons. Smith said the philosophy since Rivera's arrival has been take the best player available, offensive or defensive playmaker.

Re: 2020 Redskins Draft Thread

I still think Trent will be traded. He’s a very good player and can be put in immediately. The question is due we get a second rounder or a third and something else. This will be over soon

He was a very good/great player ,face it he has an injury history add in his age and the price tag is unrealistic.
