Re: It's REALLY here: PreSeason PostRG3 Prediction Poll
I gotta a feeling he will be our lead back very soon. My only worry is his running style makes him injury prone.

I think it'll make OTHER people injury prone.

Re: It's REALLY here: PreSeason PostRG3 Prediction Poll
I moved my prediction up one notch. I'm hoping we can get to 8-8. I'm less concerned about the QB position now but we still have a ways to go with our secondary and ST, in particular. For me, 8-8 would be fine as we continue to build.

Re: It's REALLY here: PreSeason PostRG3 Prediction Poll
The Skin's secondary have to be worth 2-3 loses. An average secondary would have me feeling good about this year, but they might be as bad as the NFL as to offer.

Re: It's REALLY here: PreSeason PostRG3 Prediction Poll
I'm in-between 7-9 and 9-7. I think 9-7 is the absolute best case scenario, but 7-9 is more feasible. I'm still not sold on special teams and the defense. This 7-9 could go worse depending on injuries as well.

Re: It's REALLY here: PreSeason PostRG3 Prediction Poll
I am not moving my prediction of 5 wins until I see Captain Kirk actually win in the NFL. So far he hasn't done so. 1-7 with a worse turn over ratio than rg III and a horrible QBR.
I am not drinking the kool-aid this year. Until this team actually shows me something other than a perennial loser I will abstain. I wasn't drinking the kook-aid with RG III either. None of our QBs are winners now.

Kirk earned the job, so I applaud this move. But I can't get terribly excited until I see a more controlled turnover rate.
7-9 is the ceiling until Kirk proves me wrong

This.... Edit: although i will say i think we tried to solve them but injuries set us back again. Kind of hard to plan for losing your best pass rusher n two best special teams guys. |

Re: It's REALLY here: PreSeason PostRG3 Prediction Poll
Too many holes to get above 4-7 wins. 7 would be a great year, IMO. This is McC year one. Lots to do yet. 6-10 is more realistic.

Not sure if this has been posted somewhere else, but parts of it were pretty funny (although the overall message isn't so happy for Skins fans): The Swamp: The State of the NFL in Washington, D.C. «

Still 4-7. but more competitive, and much less drama.
