They all agreed on needing 1 gram or more per pound of body weight and it looks like that holds true today by expert opinion. So at 230 pounds Kap should have been getting 230 grams a day of protein. Explain how easy it is to consume that daily with no animal products of any kind while not getting an excessive amount of calories that would even make a workout warrior fat. |
