Possible 1st Round OL's.

Next years crop of OT is considered very strong. It is projected that Eric Winston {Mia}, Jamaal Brown {OK} Alex Barron {Fla St} Micheal Munoz {TN} are 1st rd tackles.

All possibilities next year if we deal Samuels. I'm not saying we should. I want to remain open.

Anyone familiar with these guys, or know of some other Road Graders out there?

What about that former Patriot with the legal problems that we picked up late in the season last year? Is he a G or a T?

If Samuels did get traded, that would just leave us with a gaping hole at T for this year.

it is his son and he's gotten a lot of quodos for his college work thus far. I know virginia has this guy elton brown, who seems to play every position on the line exceptionally well. and we might be able to get him later in the 1st round as not much national attention seems to get paid to va players the last few years.
but the player I want us to get the most out of VA after this year if he stays healthy is Chris Canty, but thats a different topic, lol.

Elton Brown is also a good basketball player, and i thought he was better at basketball than football. He really isnt that heavy a guy, but hes like 6' 8", at least he doesnt appear big enough to me

I have a strong feeling that the staff is very high on the future of the 2 O- tackles we drafted this year.

The Elton Brown who plays basketball is actually the cousin of the football elton brown. If im not mistaking Elton brown the football player won the award for the acc's best lineman last year as voted by the coaches. But as mentioned in an earlier post UVA doesnt get much publicity and the press left them off of there All ACC team. Elton Brown would be a great addition and there is a good possibility of him slipping to the second round.

Skins fan you much be a fellow Cav. like me. Elton Brown is gonna be a damn good O-linemen. But he is a guard not Tackle. As for Chris Canty I would throw a party if he's in a skins uniform next year. He's gonna be a star, and should have a break out year.

didn't he have to platoon in other spots on the line last year? either way he'd be an awesome upgrade over anyone but thomas and jansen. and I agree about chris canty, that dude is a beast as a 6'7 280 de who's fast off the edge but also very solid against the run.
