Salary Cap 2019

Overthecap.com posted a good article projecting each team's cash to spend for this year, the numbers are as of Feb 11, so they will obviously change.

Projecting 2019 Spending

The writer looked at the average spend per team as a percentage of the salary cap. An interesting tidbit on the Skins:

Some teams are relatively steady in this regard (the Redskins for example never less than 101% or more than 109% of the cap) while others show great variance (the Lions have been as low as 80% and as high as 122% of the cap).
The Colts have $110 million available to spend. Geez!!

Any way, thought this thread can be used for Salary cap moves for the year.
