Idk about typically but they were definitely overhyped, on paper the Mayfield/OBJ/Landry/Hunt combo looked good. Maybe Hunt coming back will help but Mayfield has definitely cooled down in his second year. Talking all that shit in the offseason didn't help his case either.

I was hoping this would be the year they finally became good but they look like shit so far.

It’s great to see the pats getting flattened by a run game

The Browns are a fuckin mess...they have a ton of talent on both sides of the ball and they are a mess.

Re: NFL Week 9 Thread

Browns ... wow. They seem to have ignored the O line in building this team. They traded their starting LG Zeitler (71.3 PFF, 1 penalty, 2 sacks) in the OBJ trade.

RT, RG were UDFA that had been waived by a few teams.
C was a packers 4R but waived and they signed.
LG Bitonio - they drafted 2R in 2014, he has an 80 PFF grade
LT - FA signing in Greg Robinson

Perhaps their secondary with lingering injuries to Ward and trading of Peppers is also a weak spot.

But wow.

Browns F up by not keeping Gregg Williams.

Curious to see how the Ravens are going to do in the playoffs.
Harbaugh has done an amazing job with their QB and offense.

The Giants would do themselves some favors by running some screens and draws against the Cowboys. Dallas is coming up field rather hard.

They ran a screen and Barkley nearly went the distance.

Yup, Giants out played in second half. O line is better but not by much ,Jones doing rookie things. Shurmur and Gettlemen get this year but improvement better start showing it's head or they are gone.

Re: NFL Week 9 Thread

Dak(who no one on here seems to think is any good)was leading NFL in QBR but dropped to 2nd behind Russell Wilson after last nights game.
Was surprised to see that Keenum was ranked 18th,a lot higher than I thought he would be.Meanwhile Jared Goff is 25th? Wow what happened to Rams offense?

I think the public loves them also, I think they have led the NFL in bandwagon fans ever since the early 70's. Whenever they start doing well people in Cowboy gear crawl out of the woodwork.
