Around the NFL week 2

I love watching Rodgers play but let's hope maybe he needs a rest in week 3 ; )

Aaron Rodgers is taking things “one day at a time”

Obv they can't say anything, but duh. He probably told them to load him up so he can't feel the pain.

I'm calling it now. Allen will have an underwhelming career with the Bills. You can't start a rookie qb when he's not ready. It's a really bad idea in general to turn to a backup whose not ready just because your starter is garbage.

I want Rodgers healthy vs us like last time, if he's out what fun would that be? Vikings will beat them anyway, they are just loaded

Alex Smith was thrown to the wolves repeatedly by Mike Nolan on a bad team, when he wasn't ready and even while injured. Nolan also questioned Alex's manhood to the press. Alex did all right in the long run, but truthfully most would not survive what he went through.

Agreed but Alex is the exception, not the rule. They drafted Kaep because he was underwhelming.

Also, they didn't draft Alex #1 to be a game manager. I like Alex and have no problem with him but I don't consider him elite, just an above-average qb who doesn't make mistakes.

As of now they still expect Allen to eventually become elite. If that o-line isn't good Allen will get shell shocked and it will stunt his development.

I remember during one of the Giants latest SB runs they kept running into back up quarterbacks during the regular season. If not a quarterback than some other stud was out. Yes it would be fun to beat Rodgers, but Ill take W’s over fun. Let him rest. Lol

Exactly. A win against a backup counts as a positive in the confeeence standings just like a loss against aaron rodgers counts as a negative.

And if we see them in the playoffs in the winter i would rather it be at fedex if possible.
