Smith was plucked from the Titans staff where he was their RB's coach since '95. He was also their assistant head coach since '06.

So JC was picked only because he was black and Joe Gibbs relied solely on his opinion because he doesn't know anything huh? Doug Williams coaches at his alma mater. A HBCU - Historically Black College or University - Grambling and since he is black he voted for Obama not because he was qualified (so why isn't Jesse Jackson President?). I have friends of all races and creeds. Most people in the DC metro do. Keep that bushwacking shit in Augusta. Now we really see why he wasn't EVER given a fair chance. And you put a LOL at the end.
