Portis just got up from falling 8 feet and before he could get situated and looking downfield the ball was in the air and he couldn't see it. I blame eli.
a good point, he did get us back into the race after eli's wonderful perfomance trying to throw through the tire

When he was on sports talk 980, John Thompson show he said his new name was Mr. Nickles. Oh well....

Portis has always been one of my faves, that dude is a all around good player on the field, off the field, locker room, etc.
if arrington had that much love for the redskins,he would still be here.please, enough about him,he doesnt work here anymore
It's not like he asked to leave. His wife was pregnant, and that combined with his injury really caused him problems as far as staying in shape. Yeah he probably could have worked harder to rehab and could have kept his mouth shut and could have hired different agents but the bottom line is he did love Washington, and he took us through some tough times. It's not like he pulled a Chump Bailey and asked out. In fact, he gave money back to accomodate the team. You wanna bash a former Redskin, go for Smoot, Bailey, and Pierce. Not Lavar.
