I think you're right on both counts. I also don't know how stubborn the Skins have been in their negotiations

The fact that we cut guys who have been here and are "Redskins", and have let several FAs walk out speaks more than just volumes. It speaks whole rooms of shelves of books.

I think during the draft we'll see several guys, like Carter, moved for low value. I think that ShanAllen, by that point, will be willing to get any picks at all for some guys rather than get to the other side of the draft without extra picks.
