Re: Redskins 31 Browns 20 post game talk
Good:
Oline Jones and CT Josh Norman 2nd half Hopkins Way Reed Bad: Run D Tackling was close to the worst I have ever seen. That complete bullshit bow and arrow penalty. Lol. |
I'm not worried about Kirk he's fine. We need pot roast back tho asap
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G920A using Tapatalk
Pot Roast was there last year n we got gashed just as bad. We need to address the front 7 in the draft sooooooooo bad. Like first round, second round, third round. I dont care if God himself is there when we pick (unless he is playing Nose Tackle, or ILB. ) |

Re: Redskins 31 Browns 20 post game talk
I was at Texans game and did not get to see any of the game .I have seen three highlights, the two touchdowns to reed and the interception cousins threw which was ugly. I thought this game would be close and when I saw it was 20 to 20 I thought it would come down to a field goal, glad it did not come down to that .
I think you can throw all hope of the playoffs out the window, this defense is just too bad along with the injuries that are mounting up. The offense was going to have to outscore everybody every game and I just don't think cousins( along with our shitty coaching) is up to that task. But thankful for the win makes for a good work week |

Now that the offense seems to be clicking, I think absolute ceiling is 9 and 7 again with this defense. You are right there is no way we can just keep outscoring everyone, especially with this coach and this playcaling |
Re: Redskins 31 Browns 20 post game talk
Great to finally have a running game, and be 2-2. We need to keep giving Jones the ball, even if it's not working. We need the balance. Kirk was Kirk. Up and down. I just think this is who we are going to have with him. Like a lot of QB's he's going to be hot and cold.
The bad is the run defense. Awful. I can't even get on Barry today. Looked like he was finally dialing up some pressure. Guys were in position and missed easy tackles. Just don't have enough horses on the front 7. |

Ha thanks But I think there are people on here that still think we could make the playoffs even if we would have lost to Cleveland :saywhat: |
Re: Redskins 31 Browns 20 post game talk
2 weeks ago, we were all talking about how Kirk can't work off schedule. He never held the ball long enough to make unscripted plays. He even commented in his pressure how taking a sack sometimes would be better then forcing a ball into coverage aka Dallas game.
Now..He's using his feet, making things happen with his feet and will take a few more sacks in the process. Yet, now people complain he's not getting rid of the ball. He's getting their folks. He was able to deliver on a few unscripted plays today in just a few weeks of focusing on it to counter defenses. |

Scots long term goal seems to not wanting tof spend cash for guys who are gonna be on the field 30% of the time. |
Re: Redskins 31 Browns 20 post game talk
I'll focus on the negatives:
Shitty tackling (lack of) Lack of a run D up the middle (pathetic) Josh Norman 1st half Cousins holding onto the ball again resulting in a sack and not taking advantage of the turnover. Where was Djax? Brutton Getting tired of Barry not adjusting (if we would have lost, I would have fired his ass and promote Fewell or Manusky as DC) |
Re: Redskins 31 Browns 20 post game talk
Pot roast didn't do shit last year and remains unemployed cause he's a slow out of shape, fat fuck.

Re: Redskins 31 Browns 20 post game talk
I looked at this one close and Reiter was not great st all. The rest of the Browns line is pretty good but Reiter got worked.

I think 6-7 seconds had ticked off? He was running out of bounds for a loss anyway. You have to have to throw the ball away there. Not sure what other complaints there were about holding the ball. Kirk was much better today keeping plays alive though. It was so refreshing to see. He is trending up. Got no complaints currently with KC. |
