This thread is hysterical it's amazing how much time you all spend thinking about me, but I do appreciate that. It seems when I am not around you all run out of things to talk about, kind of like liberal radio talk show hosts.

Fear not I am back to educate most of you. First and foremost, I haven't been able to log into this site for the past 2 weeks, I couldn't even access the site until I flushed the computer and got rid of the cookies, so I have been able after a week at least access the site but tonight is the first time I was able to log in how ironic.

Let me first start by calling out Smootsmack and your idiotic statement about my disappearing after wins, as usual you don't pay remotely any attention because your so busy trying to find something wrong with everyone here, aren't you the one always crying that I just can't enjoy a win? Isn't this basically what this entire thread is based on? Why don't you explain to everyone here how I mysteriously couldn't access this site, or log in for the first time in probably 5 years????:rolleyes:

Now on to the game, Campbell as I predicted started to get more accurate, he wasnt just completing passes he was hitting his receivers in stride beautiful to see. As I also said they started to use Sellars more, to bad it took Joe 4 years and a lose to the Giants to figure this out, but it is nice to see regardless.

The biggest plus we can take out of this game is our defenses ability to shut down their offense, I had a bad feeling we were going to be in a shootout late in that game, didn't even come close.

But word to the wise to everyone who thinks we just stepped up into super bowl contention, remember this, we scored 34 points at home against a team who gave up 56 points to a lousy offensive team in the Eagles. If anyone thinks we will have anything remotely that easy against the Pack keep dreaming.

In closing anyone here who actually pays attention will know I never back down from a good fight.:duel:



PS, Portis was, and still is a big waste of money, and draft picks!:hater:

but regardless of how stupid it is im going to keep it near the top with my own post.

the skins are looking hopefull right now and they seem like they are coming together. however FedEx field still sucks, im still questioning gibbs, nervous about our recievers....

if we lose to green bay, im interested in seeing how bad we slide in the power rankings. we always seem to gain or lose 4 or more spots everyweek. i hate the packers, brett favreverevervvvre, and the state of wiscaaansin.

To the extent that anyone else is getting flak for calling out a fellow poster, please re-direct such aggravation my way. [I] I was the one who started this thread [/I]which, mind you, is hilarious.

In 99% of all cases, I do not believe that starting a thread just to call out a poster is appropriate. However, I think it's safe to say that the long-time Warpathers know why I am making an exception here. We've been going back and forth with offiss for years and years now and anyone who has followed this site for some time knows as much. We've been busting his chops for being the negative Nellie and he's been laughing at us for being blind optimists. This thread isn't about calling offiss dumb or throwing out any sort of verbal insult (which would be barred), it was mean to simply point out that IMO some people (e.g., offiss) tend to disappear after wins.

I've seen countless posts berating people for being blind optimists who have their burgundy and gold colored glasses surgically attached to their faces. So why exactly can't we do the same with the negative nellies/debbie downers?

Besides, this whole thread was supposed to be in good fun. Offiss, you're usually pretty thick-skinned and I apologize if this ticked you off. We go back a few years and I didn't think you'd get pissed. Sorry.

I will say that Offiss did say after the Giants game that they should give the ball to Sellers at the goal line. So I'll give him that.

And he did say a couple of weeks back that in time Campbell would improve his accuracy. Of course, he also said Campbell was too dumb to understand a playbook unless it was written in crayon. But I digress...

I thought it was pretty funny, calling someone out is much different then making personal attacks, which from what I can see you did nothing of the kind. No apology necessary SGG.

Rest assured I was trying to get on the site, the fact is I couldn't access the site. Once I cleared the comp I was able to actually access but could not log in, this site was the only one I had a problem with, I actually thought the site was down for a week then once I accessed it I realized it wasnt but I still couldn't log in, I was banned from extremeskins once :thumb: and had the same prob. but I do think after all these years Matty regardless would have notified me of a ban so I was a little confused on what was happening, I will chalk it up to some kind of unrelated prob. who knows, I am not a comp expert that's for sure.

But when synder does it hes overpaying and trying to buy a team.

We are lucky to have Saunders and Williams, and we would be a better team if they called every play of every game. Gibbs is a great leader, motivator, figure head. Im glad he came back, im glad he brings back fans and creates new ones. Im glad he was willing to admit that he needs to give up the play calling, but there was no reason for him to call the plays late in the Giants game, or to change Saunders game plan for the second half. Or do you think that Saunders decided that with two minutes left in the first half we shouldnt atleast try for a field goal? I mean for crying out loud, the Lions were calling time outs so when they got the ball back they would have time to score. Even though I believe it's very distasteful if not down right sexist to call Joe Gibbs or anybody "Vagina", you are entitled to your opinion. Although, you'll probably not be making friends with the female fans on the board.

I believe people are forgetting that Saunders was brought into Washington to enhance Gibbs' style of offense..NOT to replace it. With that said, Gibbs has every right to call plays. He knows what he's doing.

Yes I said something in defense of offiss, but it was a thread, and it should be treated no different then if I was in support of signing a free agent or not or any other thread.
