The Boys were screwed either way. But Dak is still a very good QB and eventually he may figure it out in the playoffs. I would prefer he went somewhere else and then Dallas had no QB. I will be interested to see what their cap situation looks like and how they deal with Micah.
Jerry should have tried to trade him after this season, went w/ Rush for a year and got someone in the draft. You simply can not pay Dak 60 mil per. That is just bad business. Real bad business.

He's just too damn little. Can't believe they passed on Stroud.

Imagine being a Falcons fan seeing all that talent on O, and signing Kirk to that huge contract and watch him flop like he did today. I'm so glad we don't have to deal with that shit anymore.

Death, Taxes, Cousins throwing a back-breaking INT.

They had buyer's remorse before the draft, Penix will be their starter by the end of the season.

It’s painful to see Trent continuing to operate at a Pro Bowl level knowing what we had. Effing Snyder and Allen.

its pro sports man, everyone out there is a small business , i never blame them for wanting what they are worth ; if you look what the nfl and owners make they the players are grossly under paid and they are the ones putting their bodies on the line every play

If you are blaming Trent in the argument with Allen and Snyder you are on the wrong side

he has a growth on his head and wanted the team doctor to look at it. the team doctor said it doesn't look bad to me, but i am unqualified to diagnose that, go se your doctor and possible and oncologist. TW did neither, then was pissed later when they he found out it was something he needed to deal with. So sorry. If you dumb enough to ask and orthopedic surgeon about a growth on your head, then even dumber enough to not take that orthopedic surgeons advice and see you own doctor/oncologist, it is nobody's fault but yours. TW was a complete idiot and that had nothing to do with why he was pissed. HE WANTED MORE MONEY, PERIOD!!

disagree. He trusted someone and felt betrayed. RR came in and did not appear to do anything to keep him/make him happy. It sucks, but I don't blame him for how things went down and I don't think it was a blatant cash grab. 31 other teams would have loved to pay him.

Re: Week 1 NFL

Week 1 favors the teams that have been together the longest because the preseason is so useless for for getting teams ready to play together for full 60 minutes at top NFL speeds. It's definitely not indicative of the season to come.

Malik "Gomer" Nabors might go for 120yards and a couple of TDs. Surprise! Surprise! Surprise! :smashfreak: We'd better get after Jones tomorrow ...
