Williams as worked hard to be one of the most sure handed receivers in the league. It's about committing to be the best. All these guys are physically talented but that alone is not enough.

I rooted for Devin and thought he was going to have a breakout year. Clearly I was wrong. I hope he gets his act together because I think he can play this game.

I think there is no doubt he has the physical ability to play the game. In fact, if he had the work ethic of a Golston or Fletcher, he probably would be a pro-bowler - I think he's that talented. Unfortunately, he just doesn't get it. Really, deeply, in his heart of hearts, he just doesn't understand the self-discipline and focus that it takes to play with the best of the best.

Will he change in time to take advantage of his physical skills? I doubt it.

Somebody else will give him a look based on his talent. It's up to him as to whether he will ultimately be a quality WR or just another bust.

He will need the offseason to re-evaluate his life. If august rolls around & he isn't playing it will either inspire him to work hard or he'll just try the modeling thing.

He could be the next B. Loyd one day & rack up #s for a sorry team. :)

Clearly, the poor coaching of his early career ruined him. He would've been an All-Pro if he had been drafted by the Patriots or Eagles.
