Re: 2021 schedule release
this apparently is Philly's schedule:
I could see them and Dallas starting 0-2, with the MNF football game being an early kick in the butt for the Eagles. |
Its hard to predict in May.. So much can change, injuries play a huge role.
I think 10-7 is a good season for this team. If we had an elite QN they would win 12 easy
I think this will be an up and down season. If all goes well and they avoid injuries they get to 9 wins. |
Re: 2021 schedule release
Interesting note I saw, all NFC east teams play Tampa and Kansas city next year. However, the Giants and Cowboys play both games on the road and WFT plays both games at Fedex.

Re: 2021 schedule release
Why does the NFL go through the trouble of having a schedule release show in prime time, when they let the entire schedule get leaked out?
Getting Thursday night out the way week 2 probably isn’t a bad thing. Sets us up for a nice early break as we prepare most likely for our first road test.
Yup , it's as close to a bye week you can get in the beginning of the season. Giants have no Sunday night games ,two Monday and the one Thursday with Washington. I'm fine with that . |

Josh Allen can be difficult to contain due to his ability to move around/run. This year is going to be a big test for our defense - if the defense manages to control or stop the listed QBs in 2021, we will be top #2 defense in 2022. |

Prescott is not in the upper tier of QBs...only in the media's eyes because he has a star on his helmet. Has he had some good games? Yes. Has he proved he can sustain it? No. Plus, the rest of the team is trash, thanks in part to the money they have tied up in him and the fumble-machine Zeke. If Dak plays out his 4-year contract is is paid-in-full, he'll make more in those 4 years than Mahomes! Plus, they paid him $31.4 million playing on the tag. Stupid contract for a player they were talking about moving on from a year ago. https://nypost.com/2021/03/09/dak-prescott-will-make-66m-in-first-year-of-cowboys-contract/ |
Gotta start 2-0. Give us some protection when we get to the hard parts of the schedule.
Weeks 3 through 12 looks pretty daunting. 3 winnable games with Atlanta, NO and either GB or Denver, where ever Aaron Rodgers is NOT playing...but the rest are tough. Buffalo, KC, TB, Rodgers' team, Seattle. Thankfully the rest of our division has the same teams except for Buffalo as well. |
Re: 2021 schedule release
I think we will show ourselves to be the best team in the division this year, but the three games that are different for each team will ultimately swing us to either wild card or no playoffs.
We have Seattle, Buffalo, Green Bay (i am assuming Rodgers will ultimately play for the year), Seattle NY has LAR, Miami, Chicago Dal has Arizona, NE, Minnesota Those will be critical games Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk |
