Re: Week 5: Lions at Redskins Game Thread
Wow, Kris Brown just nailed a 57 yarder with 6 seconds left to ice the Texans game. Dude hit three 50+ yarders in the game...

What a great game!
This is what happens when you play aggressive!!! Congrats to the SKins, and the coaching staff learning from their mistakes. |

The O-Line owned, the D-Line owned. From there the rest was easy. The way the O-Line was playing, they couldve run it 60 times and won. |
Re: Week 5: Lions at Redskins Game Thread
Just the kind of performance we needed coming out of the bye. I was stunned by that Rogers pick, I didn't know he knew how to do that. Things are looking up going into next week's game.

Do you not recall the first drive? We stalled cause we ran the ball straight times. 8 runs, 3 passes, no results. We had to set up the run with the pass...something I have been saying for a while now. They finally passed the ball first to set up the run, and go figure, it worked!!!! Very impressive. Of course you need to execute, but you can't expect execution all the time. We fumbled, we tripped, we missed the ball on a snap, missed a FG, and had a couple poor timed penalties, and still kicked ass...why? PLAY CALLING CHANGED DRASTICALLY! |
Re: Week 5: Lions at Redskins Game Thread
Amazing, amazing game.
If Campbell could keep this up all season, we might have another Doug Williams on our hands. |

Campbell is twice the QB, he's well on his way to the best QB since Joey T, and could easily pass him at this pace. |
