Doesn't stadium cost come from the owners pockets, as opposed to player salary, which I believe comes from TV deals revenue?

Usually it's a percentage of team funded and city funded. The Bills aka the Pegulas are holding Buffalo hostage for 100% taxpayer funded.

Funny thing is I like watching the non starters in the pre season you get to see diamonds in the rough and team depth.
