Another reason to shore up the middle of the line now that we got our RB. This guy blitzes from everywhere. |

Re: 2011 NFL Draft: Rounds 4-7
Has stanzi or acho gone?
|
Re: 2011 NFL Draft: Rounds 4-7
Holy crap. Not only did Helu run for a 1,000 yards each of the last two years but he averaged 6.6 YPC.

acho has been gone. stanzi is still there |
Has stanzi or acho gone?
America is still in play. Don't know who Acho is. Edit: Never mind, yeah he went pretty early today. As McShay said "after you spend some time with this kid you feel bad about yourself. Lots of charity work." |

Acho? God bless you. |

Well there goes the kicker some of you wanted. I doubt he beats out Akers
|
Acho?
God bless you.
Now I do, he's a Cardinal. And no not a Catholic one but he certainly could be one with his off the field work. |
Re: 2011 NFL Draft: Rounds 4-7
Eagles took a Kicker....
|
Re: 2011 NFL Draft: Rounds 4-7
ACHO, ILB drafted 104 overall by Cardinals.
Damn, Henerey was drafted by the Eagles. There's Akers replacement. |
Re: 2011 NFL Draft: Rounds 4-7
Iggles have no faith in Akers?
|
Re: 2011 NFL Draft: Rounds 4-7
Can't wait till the 6th round. back to back picks baby.
|

I would not have minded drafting Henery but not in the 4th. |

Oh yeah, for some reason I thought it was the 5th round. Should have known better. We're not picking. |
Re: 2011 NFL Draft: Rounds 4-7
I assume Casey Matthews is gone? Thanks for the updates fellas I'm at work.

You are right. My fault. DE/OLB drafted 103, not 104 by the Cardinals. I'm just screwing up all over the place today. |

Not only gone. He's going to play us twice a year now. Plays for Philly. |

Not just drafted to them, but drafted to the team that really could use Linebackers so he'll develop sooner rather then later. With his nose for forcing fumbles he's going to be sicked on Grossman a lot. |
Re: 2011 NFL Draft: Rounds 4-7
Mel Kiper in regard to David Akers "..and the career he had."
Did he retire? |

Not if Davin Joseph has anything to say about it. lol |

AdamSchefter Message to David Akers, whose contract is up: Eagles used their second fourth-round pick on Nebraska K Alex Henery.
we gave 127 144 152
got houstons 4th, and houstons 6th.
WHAT THE **** ARE WE DOING! We essentially just traded back from 49-79 In order to get a single fourth rounder. Who does that? A mid second for a mid third and a fourth? Marvin austin, Daquan Bowers, or whoever else we gave up for Leonard Hankerson and Roy Helu? no thank you. |
Re: 2011 NFL Draft: Rounds 4-7
Man Chris Carter really does know a lot about playing receiver. Good thing he taught Hankerson in High School. First window, second window, third window.

Re: 2011 NFL Draft: Rounds 4-7
Damn Eagles. Oh well surprised stanzi still available? That may tell us something

Just remember this moment right here Skins fans if we Matthews or Hunter or David Arkin or Greg Salas have good success in the NFL, remember that the skins passed them up to get Roy Helu.
I agree, Shanahan knows about backs, but Im not feeling this pick at all. Im tired of having these lukewarm running backs. I want a beast with that's quick. I watched this highlights, praying I saw something I could be excited about. I dont see it. If we got this guy in the 5th round, cool. I dont like that pick that high, PLUS we f-ckin traded up for him. Anyway, he has my support, welcome to DC.... |
