What if cc is gone? Plus Fred is a FA
Dwight Jones is not a TE, Davis will be resigned, and Cooley isn't going anywhere. |
Re: 2012 NFL Draft Prospects
So you're saying we'll find a team with multiple 1st round picks in this year's draft that will want our position badly enough to give us both of them?
As much as I want Barkley or RGIII I would do that in a heartbeat, but that would be trading with Cleveland right? |

I suppose that's one scenario |

I telling you guys, we are going to sign Eddie Royal, and we better sign Davis and hope he never tests positive again. Eddie Royal will be the steal of free agency. |
Re: 2012 NFL Draft Prospects
Even if we sign Royal, I want Dwight Jones, Royal is a slot and can take over for Moss.

Huh, Trent Richardson and Dwight Jones in the first and Tannenhill in the 2nd. I like it. I like your idea of these three SmootSmack. Brillance is what it is. |

Jones is NOT a first round WR my man.. He's had 1 good year. Blackmon Floyd Jeffery those are 1st round WRs |
Re: 2012 NFL Draft Prospects
I agree. we need a receiver badly. Not just guys that will catch the ball and go down. We need a freak wr like so many other teams have. When he catches it in space he can go the distance and he can also rise above the defense. I like the kid out of Texas A&M in the second or third round. I hope shanny can work his magic and find us a Brandon Marshall but without all the drama.

Re: 2012 NFL Draft Prospects
The only way we take a QB in the 2nd round is if we Trade for Manning if not we will take A QB in the first
|
Re: 2012 NFL Draft Prospects
Why is everyone so high on Royal?? He's not any good
|
Re: 2012 NFL Draft Prospects
I would not be surprised at all if the first of our first round picks isn't a QB
So that's really either Cin or Cle. Or someone values one of our players as a first rounder. SS, any non-cryptic answer? |

Blackmon Floyd Jeffery those are 1st round WRs
If we got two 1st rounders one being 7-12 other being 20-26 I'd take him and you didnt even know who he was until earlier today so to give a full opinion on what he is or is not doesn't make much sense. |

I've researched him today and your right I don't know much about him just going off some draft rankings |

No one saw Ponder going #12, granted QB is more pressing than WR but IDK a 6'4" 230lb WR with 4.5 speed, great hands, and good route running basically a mixture of Marcus Colston and Hakeem Nicks, he could go 1st rd, especially with a good combine workout. |

Not to toot my own horn but I did call us getting Roy Helu last year and everyone was pissed we didn't take Kendall Hunter instead and look how that worked out so far. |

I cant see any reason that out ways the risks for an Olineman, that will be a top ten pick to stay in college. |

Theres an interesting CB whose 6'2 from Montana named Trumaine Johnson. Looks intriguing based on size alone as a potential 3rd -4th rounder. |
