why do people marry so young? no chance to test the relationship waters. and why do athletes marry without a prenup? i didn't want half of my assets anyways...
i have no knowledge of rg3's relationships. i'm just asking the wind
If they're in the 18 to 20 range it's usually boredom. Just finished high school, not going to college, poor neighborhood, nothing really going on, so why not pop out a few kids that you can't afford and don't have enough life experience to raise properly? That Teen Mom show on MTV hasn't really helped things. Other times it's religious values that strongly encourage people to settle down and have a family. With certain people it works great other people it backfires horribly. Either way my Mom is starting to get the itch for Grandchildren while my semi-older friends are telling me that the best time to be a single male in this day and age is around 30. I'm soooooooo conflicted. |
Re: Colts Officially Release Peyton Manning (QB Thread #11)
Don't pay attention to that guy.
Welcome to the board. I think the next couple of weeks are going to be key for this franchise. We need good decisions to be made, but also we need a bit of good fortunes (i.e. we need the Browns to be stubborn and refuse to give up their 2nd first rounder).
I think we might need just a touch of luck, but I've seen enough to think that the team does think that Colt McCoy does have potential to be a franchise QB. When all is said and done, why would you give up so much if you have a more than servicable QB who may have franchise potential? Especially when he played decent with a fairly poor supporting cast? I highly suspect that we will play a game of chicken with Cleveland, and ultimately they will move out of the way, because the do have some faith in McCoys potential. |
My opinion only but I think if Mike Shanahan was more in love with the idea of Peyton we'd be a leading contender for him
Really hard to wrap my mind around this one Smoot. Mike should look at Peyton as his path to redemption, right? I sincerely hope this is all smoke and mirrors and somehow we land him!! |
Re: Colts Officially Release Peyton Manning (QB Thread #11)
Well ....
#1- this is a Colts/Peyton Manning thread. NOT a RGIII thread. #2- I respect the fact people will talk about their preferences. All I'm saying is I'm just sooo sick of the RGIII fans all over his jock. It's a slobber fest that is making me sick. I could imagine someone finding out what type, brand, color of underwear he wears and everyone would be saying how they went out and already have his brand. Cause you know .... RGIII's brand is the most confortable and makes you work better and faster. ... thats all.
What, no one else bought those socks he had on the night of the Heisman award??? I did, and my wife loves them.. |
LOL. I don't know if I should take that as a compliment for a good post, or feel unwelcome. I'm not selling a damn thing, nor am I a blogger. I hate blogs. I'm just a lifelong fan with a feeling that this team is at a real "tipping point", and I'm really hoping that Bruce and Shanny make the right decision.
How is your home security? Did you know that 83% of home burlaries happen while you're at work? Do you need life insurance? You got a prenup? If I married at 22 my prenup would just say I get to keep my Xbox. |
