I will puke uncontrollably if we did anything close to that.

As for what that contract might look like: "I am going to guess, two years with incentives, $40-50 million."
That's laughable. What is he smoking? Not even if you took away a zero.

Maybe he's not done playing well if he finds the right situation, but he's done getting that kind of money...

8 TDs, 10 INTs, 47.4 QBR (30th in the NFL).

How has he played himself into that kind of $$$?
The Texans would have to be batshit crazy to trade Watson. And especially now that O'Brien is out I can't see any chance of it happening.
They are in a horrible situation though. It's true they won't get rid of Watson, but man are they in a hole. Atlanta also looks terrible. It's going to be interesting to see who these teams are going to be able to hire.

Yeah I'll be livid if we sign him to anything over 1M a year

Rivera could have brought him in last year but passed. I really don't see why he would want him now. He pretty much sucked in NE.

It's a lazy take by Adam, everyone just assumes it because they were in Carolina together

The OL started off as the 29th ranked line and ended #6

Sure doesn't look/feel like the #6 ranked O-line when I'm watching the games.

Agreed.. I wonder if the Oline rankings are different when playing w Haskins vs Allen vs Smith.

Good stuff...I think our oline was pretty decent.

The OL has been very solid all year

Re: WFT Wild Card Pre-Game Thread

I guess they've been solid. Maybe being ranked 28th in the league in yards per carry is on the RBs, and 29th in sacks allowed is on the QBs.

Our run game has been non-existent.

I agree, but I think pass pro has been way better than run blocking.
