Re: WFT Free Agency
My only issue/concern so far is letting KPL go (he signed in Houston 2yrs 3,5M/yr) and not bringing in any LBs. We are beyond thin at that position. Christian Kirksey signing 1yr 4,5M tells me you can sign quality ILBs at decent prices, but I will be worried until we actually sign one...
Still plenty of dudes out there, and I'm sure they are interested in addressing the LB position. B.J. Goodson might be a nice option. |
I won't be surprised at all if Collins is back. I think they like what he brings on and off the field. You can never have enough good safeties.
Collins isn't a good safety. His strength was supposed to be in the box but all he did was miss tackles and take shifty angles. He's slow and can't cover. Curl was not only better but made routine tackles that Collins missed. Now he is coming off a serious leg injury which will hamper a already slow DB. I guess he comes back just cause of his salary but not as a starter. Put him on teams. He'll be like Adam Archeletta, highest paid punt protecter in the history of the league. |

That’s a little more than I thought...expected 9 mil per on a 3-4 deal. Be interesting to see the break down. Real shame about Everett but this makes up for it! |
Re: WFT Free Agency
Samuel knows Turner’s offense, he’s versatile, and adds a new dimension to our offense. Still think we’ll look to add another WR, and TE.

Real shame about Everett but this makes up for it! I was thinking the same. Wondering if he had other offers to make us raise the per year $ |
Re: WFT Free Agency
He was projected to get 12-13 Mil per year.
I don't hate that deal - works out to about 11.5 Mil/yr. Less than Corey Davis |

TE for sure, I think we are good at WR. Cam Sims is a stud |
Re: WFT Free Agency
He’s the only WR in the NFL with at least 10 Rec TD and 5 Rush TD over the last 3 seasons.
