Haha. Yep, me too. |
Re: The Saints come Marching in..
Both Armstead and McCoy out for the Saints…that’s Bigly.
But Samuel and Holcomb questionable. And Payne popped up today on injury report with a questionable tag for a toe |

Re: The Saints come Marching in..
Ha! I don't know.
I do think that while TH has been the reason we won two games so far, he will likely be the reason we lose this one. Just a hunch. I'm just picturing TH throwing the ball to the wrong team one too many times on Sunday. They have a good secondary, and they should game plan to take away the running game and Terry. If they are successful in doing those two things, I am not sure how we beat them, unless the defense finally decides to join the party. |
Re: The Saints come Marching in..
TH is not what I am worried about. Im relying on Gibson, Mckissic, and Samuel to pick up slack if McLaurin is neutralized. So much speed there. Of course that means Turner has to figure out what to do with it. Also Samuel has to be good to go. Logan is a huge loss.
I can imagine our D shitting the bed much more than I can imagine TH shitting it. We will see. My gut just tells me it is a win. Felt it for Giants and ATL but that was because they are not great teams. Knew Buffalo was not only gonna beat us but my gut told me it was going to be miserable. So between my gut and the Giants beating them last week im feeling good about this one. |
Re: The Saints come Marching in..
Well I hope your gut is right and not mine.

Re: The Saints come Marching in..
I actually think Davis given the opportunity is going to show why he was a 1st round pick. As someone else said, our D didn't get on track till Collins got injured last year, and I believe JDR especially is loathe to play young players unless forced too, and that RR isn't going to force players on him.
I don't know if we will win, but I think a LB crew of Holcomb, Davis and Hudson will be far more effective than what has been on the field till now.
Agreed about Davis. I think he's improving every game and was very good last week, watching the All 22 I saw him make some nice plays both in coverage and against the run. Hopefully Hudson helps improve our LBs' coverage. Envoyé de mon SHV48 en utilisant Tapatalk |
Big Shoutout to the OL
They are 2nd in the league in sacks given up! That is amazing
Yeah they are playing really well. Leno's play is surprisingly solid IMO. Looked slow in ps, and week 1 against a very good DL, but since that he's been doing his job quite well IIRC. Envoyé de mon SHV48 en utilisant Tapatalk |
Re: The Saints come Marching in..
The Saints are intriguing. Demolished Green Bay, who are looking good right now, solid win against the Pats.
Beaten by the Panthers who are a good team... And by the Giants who are not... I hope Taylor doesn't take too many risks because on paper their secondary is looking good. Hopefully our OL can keep up the good work and handle their DL. In the end it all comes down to can our defense figure its shit out... Envoyé de mon SHV48 en utilisant Tapatalk |
The Saints come Marching in..
I really really really (that is three really’s) want to see us take advantage of Gibson, McKissic, and Samuels speed along with Terry of course . Like have them all on the field at once and all running around like chickens with their heads cut off just making the Saints defense have to worry about which one of them is getting the pitch or screen. Running around behind the los pre snap. Lots of movement like oh shit which one of these guys is about to go flash gordon on our ass?

Re: The Saints come Marching in..
With the amount of injuries we have on paper we shouldn’t win this game and not even be close, but with Winston you never know what you’re gonna get,but I don’t think we win this game

Fractured shin for a RB(Antonio Gibson) does not bode well.

Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk
Not the news I wanted to wake up too. Sounds like that’s gonna definitely impact reps and maybe miss time. I usually don’t work on the weekends, but let me see if I can check the chart for Gibby….The severity is the determining factor, but rest is recommended so it doesn’t get worse. So it can get bad if he continues to play. But need more info about if this is a deep bone bruise or an actual fracture.
