LA update
 

I do this becuase you who know mw know I didn't want him ,the only plus is he isn't costing us crap if he does'nt play .:soapbox:

The first issue arose yesterday morning when linebacker LaVar Arrington missed practice because of soreness in what coach Tom Coughlin said were "a couple of areas." One of those areas was Arrington's right knee, which was wrapped while he stood on the sideline and worked in the team's rehab area in the morning. Arrington was dressed for the second practice, but did not participate and eventually took off his pads.
Arrington wasn't the only one out of action.






Arrington's was also alarming. After all, his knees were a hot topic in March when rumors surfaced that teams weren't interested in signing the former Redskin because of concerns about the joints. Arrington has undergone several surgeries in the past few years, but told reporters in April they were simply "scopes."
Yesterday, he again downplayed the severity of his ailment.

I saw the article in the New York Post where his wife said that he was fine so this all must be a lie !!!!! My fiance's dad handed me the article yesterday, the New York media is going to make her into the new Mrs. Kurt Warner !

So my fot just started hurting for no apparent reason yesterday. The outside part of my left foot really hurts when I put weight on it. Yesterday I walked around the zoo all day in flip flops, so maybe it has to do with that.

My mom is a nurse so i would normally bother her with this kind of crap, but my dad has been walking around/playing softball with what we are all pretty sure is a torn ACL for about 3 months, so I feel like a puss complaining about it.

What do you think Gigity?

Foot pain is a bitch. next to tooth pain, its the worst, especially if you work on your feet all day.

Even though it's down the grapevine:

I was speaking with an orthopedic surgeon (my uncle) who claimed to have talked to a doctor within organization that believes his knee is finished. Very irrelevent, but just thought I'd share.

Waiting for ST to line up in the slot and crack him. Honestly, would either Greg Williams or ST have a problem with that.

I had sunburned feet 2 years ago while on vacation (last f-ing day before returning to work)and I work at a job where i have to wear steel toed boots. That was some kinda pain, let me tell ya...:(

I usually get a flip flop tan in the summer, I guess it is the hippie version of a farmers tan. But I am not a hippie. I have short hair and work a 9-5 job. I also dont smoke the tree.

On a side note my brother-in-law is an orthepedic surgeon. He is in Cleveland, I should find out if his clinic works on the Browns.

I work with a kid who's only 2 but has gout (sp?). When I told him what my foot feels like he said I better get it checked for old-man foot. But f that.

I too wear flip flops all the time but am not a hippie.

I hate Crab and pretty much any type of fish. But what is Old Bay? I want to try some on my fries.

Hey speaking of crabcakes, I was in D.C. a couple of weekends ago, and my wife and I ate at Joe Thiesmann's restaurant at King Street -- I think that's actually in Alexandria. I had to explain who Joe Theismann is to the wife, by the way.

Anyhoo, I had the filet mignon (medium rare) with a crab cake.

It was fabulous.
