Dexter Manley wants to help Albert Haynesworth

I gotta believe this really pissed off Haynesworth.
Might be worth a lot of drama if he replies to Dexter.

Re: Dexter Manley wants to help Albert Haynesworth

Nice gesture by Manley, but the main problem is AH probably doesn't see anything wrong with what he's doing.

Re: Dexter Manley wants to help Albert Haynesworth

$115 million?...funny how the number of AH's contract goes up every time it is referenced...lol.

Haynesworth's story is a cautionary tale to teams who want want to give "forget you" money to players who don't show NFL professionalism.

From AH's standpoint though, when you receive that type of money your objective from that point is to preserve your highest revenue stream. That means his focus is more on self preservation than team goals.

I would like Dexter Manley to help Albert Haynesworth.

To be more specific, I would like Manley to help Haynesworth to pack his belongings so Fat Al could get the hell out of town faster.

What's Dexter going to do? Show him how to properly bump a line of cocaine? Must be because you surely can't teach heart.

Dirtbag59 wants to cure all forms of cancer, bring peace to the middle east, and end poverty all by next week.

I personally think my goal is more realistic then Manley's.

That's good advice coming from Dexter. The same could be said for many other players in today's NFL......someone needs to sit them down and have a talk with them. Haynesworth may not be the kind of person that's willing to accept friendly advice or criticism.

Re: Dexter Manley wants to help Albert Haynesworth

Hopefully the fat **** will want to hear what Dexter says, how about LaVar hanging out with Gary Clark and Dexter. I know LaVar and Danny have patched things up, I hope he learns how to be a Redskin for life from those 2 guys.

It's impossible to graft new ideas onto closed minds and until Fat Albert's bank statements fail to cover his selfish indiscretions he's never going to listen to anyone

No, doubt.
When it comes to performance on the field, Haynseworth doesn't rate enough to shine Manleys shoes.

AH really looks like he is going to end up broke. From taking a loan out right after getting a huge signing bonus, to settling this incident, I just see him out of football three years and trying to make ends meet.

Im sure he could get a job as a male model. He models a worthless whine bag pos really well. Thanks soooo much Vinny and Danny for such an upstanding member of our beloved fraternity.

That's what happens when you give a guy that's only motivated by money a big payday. He's set for life and it's clear he's got no true passion for the game. What a waste.

^^ Exactly.

There is a huge warning flag when his career has been mediocre or below up until contract years, then All-Pro. I told my co-worker the day we signed him that it was going to bite us in the ass. I even referred to him as Stubblefield 2.0, but now that I think about it, even Stubblefield wasn't this worthless.

Re: Dexter Manley wants to help Albert Haynesworth

Dan Snyder must roll his eyes back in his head every time Albert's name is mentioned.

That had to be the dumbest signing in NFL history. The man was taken to the cleaners and the sad thing about it, Dan knows it. I am still laughing my rear end off about his stupidity.
