Here is my wish list from week 14.

Wins by:
Cardinals
Saints
Bucs
Texans
Packers
WFT

The Saints and Texans did not hold up their end of the bargain, but the WFT did and that is the most important result of them all. (not to mention I bet $500 on them, which won me $750)

Here is my wish list for week 15. The list is smaller, which is a good thing.

Wins by:
Eagles
Bears
Titans
Browns
WFT

I know it's as much a case of New England's fall as our rise, but I am willing to bet that not once in the past 20 years has Washington been within 1 rank of New England. Maybe this week we can overtake them LOL

Why do you want the Eagles to win?

I presume because of wild card tie breaker?

Yep.

Hopefully they won't need to slide into the Wildcard spot though. I think if they win 2 of 3 they should take the division (unless the Giants win out). If the Giants win out (which is unlikely) and WFT loses 1, you would need Arizona to lose all three to have a chance at the Wildcard.

I don't see wildcard as even close since we lost head to head to Arizona, and they beat the whole division (with Philly yet to play) and Minnesota/Chicago are going to be in that mix too. I would rather Philly lose out (1 because -Philly, 2 because I don't want the Skins to pull the typical bonehead move and somehow lose the division in week 17 with Philly coming in on a 3 game win streak - beat NO, AZ, Dallas and a chance to steal the division)

Chief X_Phackter 12-16-2020 02:49 PM

Re: Around the NFL week 15

Yeah, the Wildcard would definitely be a longshot.

Just take care of business and win out...

Re: Around the NFL week 15

playing the espn playoff predictor (I love that thing, even when we weren't in the mix), If the Bears beat the Vikings this weekend and Ariz loses to Philly, AND NYG, WFT, AZ, and Chicago all end up at 8-8, Chicago gets the WC spot and NYG gets the Division.

So Philly beating AZ is at odds with Chicago beating Minnesota.

Forget the WC, just win 2 games WFT

Say what you want but as bad as the NFC East is , no one wants to play them.

Re: Around the NFL week 15

The browns are gonna wreck the Giants

Giants: Thoughts and Prayers
Browns: 40-burger
Tranny Dimes: 20-38 205 yards 1 int, 1 fumble & lotta runs in his pantyhose

Chico’s airtight lock of the week

Now that's funny.

I was wrong about Josh Allen...that dude is a baller at QB.

I was not wrong about Stefon Diggs, he was worth the trade all day.

Buffalo is an easy team to pull for..them and Tennessee because of Derrick Henry are my guys I hope shake up AFC

Outside of the skins...you pulling for anyone else. I find it hard to pull for any other nfc team

Most Passing TDs by a rookie in NFL history:

1. Baker Mayfield- 27
T-2. Peyton Manning- 26
T-2. Russell Wilson- 26
T-2. Justin Herbert- 26

Re: Around the NFL week 15

Good chance Herbert breaks that record. Good sign for his future as there's nobody on that list I wouldn't take to QB WFT (as a rookie!), including Mayfield.

I actually watched most the game the last night and came away impressed. He fits what they are doing and throws a great mid range and deep ball. Great blend of touch and power. Seems to have great feel for the game.

Henry Hunter and Darren Waller put on a show at TE. These guys can play. Henry is a more prototypical, physical TE who is a nice size target and can catch....Waller is a monster receiver, just blown away how fast he is and how he creates separation with his speed.

We need to get a TE and the draft has some players this year. Free agency as well

I came away from that game wondering if one of the 2 QBs that the Raiders have could be the QB next year for the WFT :Smoker:

Not sure I see Carr being shipped out, but Mariota could be a reasonable cost pick up to bridge 2021?

skinsfan69 12-18-2020 02:30 PM

Re: Around the NFL week 15

Mariota was outstanding. Also the Raiders secondary is an embarrassment. Whomever #27 is he should be cut. He is not an NFL player.

Gruden = NFL white privaledge. He won w/ Dungy's players. Great on TV but such an average coach yet he gets 10 million for 10 years. What a joke.

Any fan on Twitter who's team needs a QB was drooling over Mariota last night lol

Might want to check his full resume vs getting a chub over 1 game

GridIron26 12-18-2020 02:58 PM

Re: Around the NFL week 15

No to Mariota. He is not even worthy for a tryout spot.

Re: Around the NFL week 15

Marriota - not gonna lie .... I was thinking he'd be an acceptable stop gap next year lol

Hunter Henry - on tag this year, should be a FA this offseason but Im a little gun shy on TEs bc I thought Austin Hooper would be a good addition for us. His production is on pace with Logan Thomas' who we have under contract for 2021. I imagine the Chargers make Henry a priority with their young QB clicking nicely with him.

Herbert - first time I watched a full game on him. Looked good, polished, dudes fucking tall and more mobile than I thought. Must be nice as a fan base to go from Rivers = Herbert or Manning = Luck

Love this time of year when we get Saturday NFL. Just makes for a great weekend of football especially since college is such a shit show this year.

Sam Darnold should be available. He should receive a pass for this year. Adam Gase is a bad coach.

No NBC here in Denver if you have Directv, so can't watch the Browns/Giants game.

Mullens is a turnover machine. Dallas is about to win and has a favorable schedule the last two games. I still think we need one more win to feel comfortable.

Yeah, that was pretty much my point.

The Cardinals give up a 3rd and 20 screen pass for a 26 yard TD. Sheesh.

Rams are gonna lose to the Jets lol. 20-3. Jags trying to sneak in for Lawrence.

Just kidding, they're gonna allow the Rams to score TDs on all their remaining drives.

Patrick Peterson is this year’s Josh Norman, he’s washed up. Every ball thrown his way is a penalty flag for interference.

He just picked up another PI. He's getting worked.

I'm getting a funny feeling about this game.

sdskinsfan2001 12-20-2020 06:40 PM

Re: Around the NFL week 15

Cardinals let Philly get 23 yards on a screen on 3rd and 29. Are their coach and players stupid fucking idiots? Hurts then runs for it on 4th and 6. Then Patterson gets called for his 13th PI of the game. Ball at the 2 now. Fuck you Cardinals.
