I thought he told Theismann that he'd make him famous, not Gibbs. Maybe he told everyone that.

I saw it yesterday, great piece on Riggo.

He was such a bull, very good speed for a big guy too. I love the story of Gibbs going down to visit him to try to get him to come back to play. Riggo says he offered him a beer, Gibbs refused and Riggo was like, that's alright I'll drink 'em both!

Definitely one of the true characters of the game.

i think alot of people were surprised at riggos speed until the long td run against miami in the super bowl. boy, they just dont make them like that anymore
