I guess if its truely minor he should be ok. Might give Jerome Mathis a better shot at making the final cut. Lets just hope this doesnt turn into a lingering thing |

He'll be fine - but with all the big receivers and tight ends - can we convert ARE to Corner Back? He's taller than Green and pretty fast..... We really need another corner |

It's hard to say when the injury happened. It could have been a problem at the end of the season, or it could have just become a problem now. Either way, it just seemed to flare up during minicamp, so the symptoms didn't rear their ugly head until now. And you can only go by the symptoms, there's no way to tell when the actual injury occurred. Goes without saying that you can have an injury without having any symptoms until you actually run on it. |
Re: Antwaan Randle El gets arthroscopic knee surgery
I don't think it will be an issue, but it sure is comforting to know we have a few guys that can step (or hopefully!) in when a starting WR goes down.

ARE will be ready for the next camp. This isn't a big deal.

We really need another corner[/quote] No offense but that is just stupid. |

Yes, from hearing Zorn speak on ARE it sounds like only 3 to 4 weeks. No Biggie. This is kind of a blessing he had the flair up now, they did the MRI found a little something that shouldn't be there. Go ahead and fix it now, beats the heck outta during the season when he has to miss 3 to 6 games. |

The just stupid part was almost worth typing twice. I really hope that was a joke? If not well that post was not very well thought out. I don't think it's in the teams plans to make ARE a Corner...... he has quite a bit on his plate as it stands. |
Re: Antwaan Randle El gets arthroscopic knee surgery
Did u all see that Archuleta just got cut by the Bears? He was a bum here and apparently he was the same in Chicago.

I'm pretty sure we have some guys that could step in such as Kelly and/or Thomas? Don't forget we also Mathis (probably would be cut by the time the season starts), Mix (Don't get me wrong - I'm not saying that he would blossom into a great WR, just good enough to step in as #3 WR), and my favorite player, Thrash - he has constantly proved that he can play.. |
Re: Antwaan Randle El gets arthroscopic knee surgery
They said it's no big deal. He will be fine by the time the season rolls around barring something unforeseen.

Re: Antwaan Randle El gets arthroscopic knee surgery
Just a cleaning. He'll be fine. :)

Re: Antwaan Randle El gets arthroscopic knee surgery
He'll be fine. It's better to get it scoped now and recover than wait for something more serious and be out a lot longer.
